Every student signs the standard PEI-Student Contract before any payment is made. This page explains what that contract is and when you receive it.
The contract is the standard template issued for Private Education Institutions in Singapore, used without amendment to the mandatory clauses. It sets out the course, the fees, the payment schedule, and the refund, transfer and withdrawal terms, in writing.
You receive the contract together with the full fee schedule before any payment is accepted. Nothing is payable until you've read and signed it, and the signed copy is yours to keep.
