The backgrounds in the room
Taught by people who have done it.
The teaching team is drawn from practice rather than from lecture theatres. Between them they bring years of hospitality experience across Switzerland, Europe and Asia, including luxury operations; international work in luxury retail, digital transformation and service innovation; frontline service leadership across the State Courts and government agencies; and two decades of classroom practice across Singapore and South Korea.
Their qualifications are at master's level and above, conferred by Singapore Management University, the University of Melbourne, César Ritz Colleges in Switzerland and Gyeongin National University of Education. Two hold the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance.
The person who teaches the module is the person who answers your question about it. There is no lecture hall and no teaching assistant between you and them.
