The backgrounds behind each of the seven modules, and the deployment and qualification disclosure the regulations require.
The backgrounds in the room
Taught by people who've done the job.
The teaching team is small on purpose. Between them they bring Swiss hospitality management training, fifteen years of international work in luxury retail, digital transformation and service innovation, frontline service leadership across the State Courts and government agencies, and two decades of classroom practice across Singapore and South Korea.
Their qualifications are at master's level and above, conferred by Singapore Management University, the University of Melbourne, César Ritz Colleges in Switzerland and Gyeongin National University of Education. Two hold the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance.
Classes run in an 18-seat room, taught directly by the module lead.
